Other Information:-Standard summer season 1- 3 week rentals 50% payable on making the reservation. Extended rentals of 4 weeks and over may be booked with a 25% booking deposit.
The balance payment + a refundable security deposit is payable within 10 weeks of arrival date. All reservations made within 10 weeks are payable in full at time of booking. All guests must complete & sign a booking form. Only guests whose names appear on the booking form are eligible to stay at the apartment.
