Other Information:- WINTER 08/09: 3rd January 2009-18th April 2009 1 bedroom use of the apartment: £2,100/week, with extra nights £300 each. SUMMER 09: 19th April 2009-18th December 2009 1 bedroom use of the apartment: £1,400/week, with extra nights £200 each. WINTER 08/09: 2nd January 2010-17th April 2009 1 bedroom use of the apartment: £2,100/week, with extra nights £300 each. • Saturday - Saturday arrival/departure, with check-out by 1200 on day of departure; unless varied by prior agreement. • Booking deposit. 30% of the full cost of the holiday required on booking; full payment due not less than 61 days prior to departure. • Security deposit £150 ($300 US). • Cancellation by owners: full return of deposit to guests. • Cancellation by guests: prior to 61 days before departure deposit forfeited; 60-42 days before departure 30% of holiday cost; 41-28 days before departure 60% of holiday cost; 27-7 days before departure 90% of holiday cost; less than 7 days before departure 100% of holiday cost.
