The holiday apartment „Terrazzo sul Mare“ is situated in a fantastic beachside position only 5 metres away from the Sea in the idyllic bay of Santa Maria. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 2-floor building and is equipped with a beautiful panorama terrace from where you can overlook the whole Bay up to Capo Vaticano and the Eolian Islands. The private entrance to the beach is directly beside the apartment, so you are really only one cat leap away from the white sandy beach.
The apartment is spacious (70 m2) and consists of the following rooms: completely furnished kitchen-lounge with sleeping sofa for 1 person, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, toilet and Bidet, covered winter garden with sea view, seat, table and chairs and furnished Veranda directly over the beach. In the yard behind the house you’ll find a Barbecue and the car parking is located inside the property. Area Details Also the local centre of the cosy village of Santa Maria with its small church and market place can be reached in 3 minutes’ walking distance. There you’ll find the most important facilities like two restaurants, bar, Pizzeria, a small supermarket, newspapers, etc. Everything else can be found in Capo Vaticano (3 km away) and Tropea (10 km away) which during the summer months can be easily reached by the coastal bus or the Trenino del Capo (small train which operates on the road). For even more mobility and for discovering the beauties of the surrounding landscape a CAR is RECOMMENDED!! Travel Details Coastal Bus: Bus stop 5 minutes away
