2 bedroom 1 bathroom by the beach and metro, has a living room with 2 sofas, TV, DVD, CD stereo, Air Conditioning/Heating unit in living room/Dining room area, dining room table sits 6.
Kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, washer, pots/pans, dishes, etc.
Master bedroom has queen size bed with separate twin bed and a built in closet. Second bedroom has twin bunkbeds with a separate twin bed. Sleeps 6 total in beds, the bunkbeds might be too small for a large adult.
Large bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, bidette. Towels and sheets for all beds included.
Large balcony.
Five minute walk to Malvarrosa/Las Arenas beach. Beach has Europes highest Blue Flag rating as well as the site for the Americas Cup. Five minute walk to the new 5 star Las Arenas hotel spa resort.
Cabanyal District, one minute walk to Dr. Lluch metro station and six minute walk to new Grau metro station with direct line to airport. Cafes, restaurants and pubs all around apartment. Mercadona Supermarket is a three minute walk away. Central Valencia is a short metro ride away. I will also consider long term stays.

Enjoy the great food of Valencia the home of the Paella, there are over a hundred restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Experience the great nightlife that is known thru out Europe.
Valencia is home to the Holy Grail, El Miguelette tower, The new City of Arts and Sciences designed by world famous architect Calatrava. Many museams, parks, zoo, golf at nearby El Saler and visit the Roman ruins in Sagunt. Travel Details The new Grau metro station on the (Green Line) provides direct connection to the Valencia airport and is a six minute walk away from apartment. The Dr. Lluch metro/tram station is 100 meters away. Numerous bus lines close by. The Cabanyal District has its own train station too (Valencia-Cabanyal), about 300 meters from apartment, providing easy access to other cities as well as central Valencia.

Price Includes:-Price includes all utilities, clean towels and sheets upon arrival. Use of beach umbrellas and beach chairs. There is a security deposit required that depends on how long of a stay, usually around 100-150 euros. There is also a 40-60 euro cleaning fee that depends on the number of persons staying. The deposit is returned on the day you leave the apartment clean and undamaged.
Price Excludes:-There are no beach towels available. There is no maid service. This is a self catering setup.
Other Information:-Methods of payment... I require half of the payment to be made to me upon reserving the apartment, and the rest paid upon arrival in euros. The first payment can be paid by a bank wire transfer, credit card thru PayPal, or Western Union. If you live in the U.S., you can also pay by check. If you rent the apartment for 3 weeks or more, I can give you a large discount.
