Traditional 3 bedroom Normandy cottage set in a peaceful hamlet only 8 miles from the sea.
Set in private gardens in rolling countryside only 10 miles from the seaside resort of Dieppe and only 90 miles from Calais making it easily accessible for short breaks and holidays.
The hamlet of Taillemesnil consists of 9 houses set round the local farm.
The village of Bailly en Riviere is 3/4 of a mile away where the local shop and pub can be found.
The cottage is full of character and is furnished to a high standard with lots of extras inc 'Sky Digital'(with bbc, itv, channel 4) as well as DVD, playstation 2 and video player.
there is also a wide selection of video and dvds for all the family.
The double and twin rooms are set in the eaves with velux windows to stargaze at night.
Both rooms have exposed beams and are furnished in pine throughout inc the kingsize double bed.
The gardens are private and secure with off-road parking for two cars along with swings,toys, bbq and its own wishing well (safe for kids).
The living room has exposed beams and traditional wood burner in inglenook fireplace along with the added luxury of sat tv so no reason to miss your favourite tv shows!
The cottage is perfect for a romantic trip for two or for a family holiday, there is something for everyone in this superb area of France and with the new motorways from Calais its simple and quick to access.

Bathroom with shower Area Details The Local area is ideal for country walks through the many woods and winding tracks, and cycling is huge in Normandy. In the neighbouring Towns and villages there are bustling markets every day where you can find excellent farm fresh groceries. Dieppe is just a 20 minute drive away and is a fashionable vibrant port with great restaraunts, bars and quaint and modern high street shops. Rouen is a 45 minute drive and is bursting with historic buildings and French culture. Amiens is just over the Piacardy border with its original medieval streetplan and 15th century abbey.
There is a great golf couse at Dieppe and the famous Etretat is only a short drive up the coast.
Ther are many beaches and coastal towns to visit all along the coast all within a short car journey.
There is something for everyone young and old in this traditional, friendly area of northern France. Travel Details 90 miles from Calais (1hr crossing). 10 miles from Dieppe (Newhaven 2hr crossing). 60 miles from Le Havre (3 1/2hr crossing from Portsmouth)
