Times Square is just over a mile away. One-half mile to Large Tube Slide Pool, Park and Library. Quarter-mile to New Supermarket (Publix) and Boat Rental.
You will have everything within reach yet still be nestled among all private homes where it is quiet and tranquil.
My Paradise Home was remodeled with a New Kitchen and Appliances, 2 New Bathrooms, New Furniture and Bedding. New Cental A/C and Heating.
Everything you can think of to make your Vacation a Wonderful Experience.
Only a little over 1 mile to Times Square, yet my home is among other single family homes, not large condos and hotels.
So.....the beach is so beautiful and you are so alone.....No Crowds!

$300.00 Security/Damage Deposit
NOTE: A $200.00 Reservation Deposit is required for each week you will be staying at My Paradise Home. Paid either by personal check or credit card @PayPal.com. A $300.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required with full payment. At least one person being responsible for damages must be 30 years of age or more. If all persons in party are 25 thru 30 of age then an additional $300.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required with full payment. Rates are based on a four-person occupancy. All accounts payable in U.S. funds. Payment in Full is due 40 days prior to arrival. Accommodations are professional cleaned prior to check-in, then again after you check-out. Reservation Deposit is refundable, less administrative charge of $100.00, provided written cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation made after the time period allowed, will be subject to loss of deposit and payment of accommodation period unless we are able to replace your reservation for the full term. This includes not choosing staying at your rented property after you check-in at arrival or any period thereafter. The Security/Damage Deposit will be returned within 4 weeks from departure, provided there is no damage to the property on your behalf. No RV's, boats, and/or trailers permitted on the property unless authorized by owner/Dennis.
