This brand newly stone-built villa is located less than 200 mt from the sea in the picturesque fishing village of Stintino in the north-western part of Sardinia. Complete with all creature comforts it has been designed to integrate perfectly in this outstanding Mediterranean environment, cohabiting with some of the most beautiful plants in the whole of Italy.
