Property Details
This detached villa is privately owned, in a quiet position, on a small private development of similar properties, having twenty four hour security. The villa overlooks Guadalmina golf course, and benefits from having its own floodlit and heated swimming pool as well as the use of three communal pools.
From the balcony you have stunning views of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range.
The property is approached by electronic gates to either side of the front of the villa providing parking for two vehicles.
The marbled floored villa, constructed in 2001, is fully furnished, with air conditioning/heating and consists of:
On the ground floor
A spacious Lounge with open fireplace, surround sound television/DVD/radio system and Sky satellite. An archway leads into the Dining room which seats eight.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer are in a separate utility area outside the Kitchen.
Bedroom with twin beds, built in wardrobes and a separate shower room with W/C.
On the first floor
Master Bedroom with double bed, dressing room and en-suite shower room with W/C.
Two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds each have built in wardrobes.
The two double bedded rooms have access onto the balcony where you can see the wonderful views.
The family bathroom with W/C can also be found on this floor.
Outside you have a terrace that is equipped with tables and chairs, sun loungers, and barbeque. It runs the width of the villa and overlooks the heated floodlit swimming pool and golf course. There are also sun beds around the pool.
OTHER NOTES
Hand & Bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
All bedding is provided apart from cot & travel cot. Please do bring your own.
A 30% non refundable deposit of the total rental amount is required at time of booking, to secure your required week(s). The remaining balance (70%) is due 8 weeks prior to departure this is also non refundable once payment has been made. A damage deposit of £150 for the week is also required (add £50 per every other week). This is also required 8 weeks prior to departure. This will be refundable on return of the villa keys, assuming that no breakages or damage has occured. In the event of any breakages or damage, a retention to cover our costs would be levied.
Please also note that there is no liability for travel cancelations, delays, personal injury, theft or loss of any kind. Therefore we advise all our guests to take out insurance cover for accident, travel and medical before arriving at Villa Guadalmina.
Villa change over day is Saturday and check in is from 2pm and check out is by 10am. Area Details A short 15 minute walk away is the Guadalmina parade of shops offering you a supermarket, restaurants, newsagent, doctors, chemist etc.
The local village of San Pedro Alcantara is a short 2 minute drive from the villa. It is located about 10km from Marbella, and 20km from Estepona.
The centre plaza with its parish church and narrow streets are packed with small shops, cafes bars and restaurants. It is well worth a visit.
You will also find there the beachfront with its wide modern promenade flanked by palm trees. There are also beachside restaurants specializing in fish dishes.
Puerto Banus is 10 minutes drive from the villa and just west of Marbella.
This is a must visit location. This is the home of the rich and famous. The picturesque harbour is home to some spectacular luxury yachts. There are many restaurants and bars to sit in and take up the atmosphere.
In the evenings the nightlife is something to see, with Sinatra\\\'s Piano Bar being the place to be seen, or pop along to the casino.
The Costa del Sol, is also known as the Costa del Golf is ideal for golf lovers. There are over 40 fabulous golf courses all within 30 minutes drive of the villa. We cannot list them all. Monte Mayor is a must for the Golf player. The course is tough and the views are fantastic. The golf complex of Valderama is only 30 minutes away.
There are lots to do for all ages on the Costa del Sol. Here are just a few:
