Property Details This lovely top floor, air-conditioned, 2 bedroomed apartment is ideally
located just 5 minutes from the beach at Los Boliches and very close to
Fuengirola.It has excellent views of both sea and mountains as well as
the 2 beautiful private pools below.There is a lift right to the front door.
The main living area is a large open plan living/ dining room with
patio doors onto the terrace.This is fully fitted with sliding windows
for safety and from here you can take in the wonderful views.
There is a well equipped kitchen that has a full cooker, microwave and fridge
along with a good supply of crockery, pots, pans, glassware etc.
A utility room leads off from here and has a washing machine and freezer.
The living room has a satelliteT.V. and a music centre.
There are two comfortable bedrooms, one twin and one double, the latter having
a full en-suite bathroom. In addition there is a separate toilet and shower room.
A cot can be provided at no extra charge.
The Sierra Mijas apartments have a large private garden,for which you
will be supplied with a key. In here are two swimming pools, one large
and one smaller one for children. The gardens are beautifullyy kept with
lovely grassed areas for sunbathing.There is also a tennis court and football
pitch.The whole complex is totally enclosed and has the benefit of 24hr. security
thus making it safe and secure for yong children. Area Details Los Boliches is a lively holiday resort which has much to offer the holiday maker.
there is a lovely clean beach, just a few minutes from the apartment,
plenty of bars shops, restaurants and night-life--in fact everything you
would expect from this part of the Costa del Sol.From here you have easy
access to many other resorts, such as Fuengirola, Torremolinos and
Benalmadena and attractions such as the Mijas Aqua Park, the
Dolphinarium and Sea World. The Costa del Sol has always been a popular
holiday resort but it is not content to sit on it\'s laurels and in recent years
there has been much development and improvement and many added attractions. Travel Details There is a train station nearby and an excellent bus service to Marbella, Malga, Granada, Gibraltar and beyond.
A train runs from Malaga Airport to Los Boliches from where you can
easily walk to the apartment or pick up a taxi to take you straight to the door. If you wish to
hire a car the apartment does have it's own private parking space.
