Villa Lilly is a great holiday home, built in 2006/2007 to meet all family requirements for a perfect vacation close to the Black sea shore. The villa will surprise you with its top location in a quiet area between Albena resort and Balchik town, distanced about 1 km from the sea, its modern living facilities to ensure the high standard for the villa's guests and the charming environment of the surroundings. With its more than 250.00 sq. m. living area, the villa is the perfect summer holiday home for your family vacation in Bulgaria. Equipped with all children facilities - children swimming pool, high chair, baby cot and a baby seat for a car - guests will enjoy an easy-going vacation. The full and friendly support by the Villa Manager will contribute additionally to your carefree holiday in Bulgaria.
Villa Lilly is spread out on 2 floors with beautiful private garden and swimming pool in front. The hot Jacuzzi in the yard is an extra facility to offers the villa's guests an exceptional and completely relaxing vacation. The ground floor comprises of a wide living room with lounge area, open-plan kitchen area with enclosed dining table with 8 seats and a shower-room. Kitchen is fully equiped with: dishwasher, hobs, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, device for boiling water, extractor fan, washing machine, refrigerator. Separately, on the ground floor is a en-suite double bedroom located.
Up stairs there are 3 separate bed-rooms - all of them en-suite and with a small balcony each, where the guests would enjoy the sunrise or the sunset over the villa.
Notes: Villa Lilly is fully air-conditioned. Satellite TV available in the living room area.

Area Details
In Balchik Town
With all the natural greenery around, you'd think the villa was in the countryside. In fact, it's in Balchik resort and ideally located to access the town's extensive range of facilities. It's not surprising that Balchik is attracting increasing numbers of tourists and holiday home buyers. It offers an appealing mix of history, traditional fishing port and modern tourism.
The long promenade in Balchik has seen many recent improvements, with cafes to sit and watch from, and restaurants with seating areas on poles over the lapping sea. There's a water park too, with swimming pool. Or hire one of the sun canopies on the beaches to swim and sun bathe.
In either direction from Balchik, are other attractions. Visit the near by Albena resort, or the even bigger Golden Sands a bit further on and be amazed at the scale and range of tourist facilities on offer. Or head Northwards to Kavarna or the historic Cape Kaliakra. The villa manager knows all about the area and can guide you where to go. |

Price Includes:-The rental rate of the villa includes: rent of the whole villa for 1 week, one free arrival transfer from Varna airport to Villa Lilly, cleaning of the villa, bed linen and bath towels change - once a week, support of villa manager and all utility bills.

Price Excludes:-Additional charges, not included in the rental rate: a damage deposit of 100.00 GBP (or 150.00 Euro), which is payable with the booking deposit and fully refundable after your departure, in case no damages are made to the property during your stay in the villa. Departure transfer from the villa to Varna airport could be arranged by Bgrentals.com, but it is a matter of additional payment on spot.
