A large detached Villa with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a private pool and a Gym and Games Room in a beautiful position with stunning views. The traditional village of Uzumlu is a 2km walk with restaurants, bars, shops and a daily market. The villa is 500m above sea level with views of the nearby mountains and pine forests and benefits from cool breezes even in mid-summer. An ideal venue for extended families with children or for larger groups of friends.
From the entrance hall an archway leads into a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, food blender and kid's eating sets. Another archway leads to a lounge with TV/DVD and a wood-burning fire and a further archway leads to the 7 seat dining room with adjoining terrace dining area seating another 6 people. A separate 'Ottoman' lounge with two single sofa-beds has TV/DVD and a stereo music system with iPod dock, which is ideal for the kids. All ground floor rooms are marble floored with stylish locally made furniture. All these rooms access the outside veranda with another 6 seat dining area, a charcoal BBQ and the private pool. Downstairs there is a 60m2 room with cross-trainer, weights, punch bag, darts, table tennis, table football, quoits, a Nintendo Wii with 40 games, a PlayStation PS3 and a surround sound theatre system; there is also a toilet/shower and bar area.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, one en-suite, with private sun terraces, a twin bedded room and a large family bathroom. The staircase then leads to the second floor which has a large family bedroom with a king size and a single bed, with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedded room and a toilet/shower room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and fully furnished with handmade stylish furniture and all double beds are king size.
Externally there is a covered terrace, with fabulous views, including a 6 seat dining area and charcoal & gas BBQs. This overlooks the pool and its surrounds provided with ample sunbeds and parasols. The gardens have paved and grassed areas with many plants and shrubs and there is a paved car parking area. Area Details Locally the attractions are endless. By the sea there is paragliding, microlites, wind-surfing, sailing, swimming, diving and water-skiing. While inland there is walking, cycling, mountain biking, quad biking, horse riding and visiting the numerous archaeological sites from the Roman and Lycian times.
The bustling port city of Fethiye is only 17kms away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or if you hire a car the roads are excellent and the driving is easy. The world famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches and sheltered 'Blue Lagoon' is a short distance from Fethiye as is nearby Hisaronu with its lively night life, clubs and restaurants. The Greek 'Ghost Town' of Kaya Koy and Calis Beach are close by. Slightly farther away are the ancient ruins and the unspoilt 20km beach at Patara and also Saklikent Gorge famous for white water rafting. The hilltop Roman city of Cadianda is 20mins from the Villa.

As part of our ongoing efforts to make your holiday a memorable occasion we offer short courses and bespoke packages in kite-surfing, wind-surfing, sailing instruction and scuba diving. All courses are available locally from 2-5 days, are run by experienced instructors and are offered at very competitive rates - qualifications are provided on completion of a course. A great idea for the more adventurous and an excellent way to experience more of the the surrounding areas and combine relaxation with adrenalin fuelled activities.
INTERNATIONAL AIR GAMES in OLU DENIZ in LATE-OCTOBER
An event worth seeing at which there are paragliders, microlites, hot air balloons and anything that flies. The Turkish Air Force also do an aerobatic display and fly past.
GYM AND GAMES ROOM
We have a 600 sq.ft area that includes active games and fitness equipment including table tennis, table football, darts, quoits, a punch bag, weights and a cross-trainer. The area also includes a shower room and bar area and a surround sound theatre system, a PlayStation PS3 and a Nintendo Wii with 40 games. Travel Details Uzumlu is served by a regular Dolmus service to Fethiye and Calis Beach.
