Property Details
The Villa is build by solid white limestone and has its own private well maintained garden, big covered terrace with fireplace and BBQ and large outdoor swimming pool. The kitchen and the spacious living room with a limestone fireplace are located on the ground floor with direct access to the outside facilities. The master bedroom (30 sq.m.) has its own limestone fireplace, large bathroom with a bathtub and a huge terrace overlooking the sea, rocks and the remote hills and the three additional double bedrooms (20-25 sq..each) share two bathroom facilities.
We provide one staff member who takes care of the house, the garden and the pool. On request he can do some cooking and shopping. There is a car for 5 people with a driver available 24 h for our guests. We can also help you out organizing side seeing trips to different towns, shopping trips to Bourgas or any other trips of your own interest.
Arrangements for breakfast or half board bases (breakfast + dinner) can be added depending on your preferences. Area Details SInemorec is located:
1h20min drive from the historical town of Nessebar
1h20min drive from the popular resort Sunny Beach
30min drive from the historical town of Sozopol
1h drive from the airport and Bourgas.
We can arrange the transfer from and to the airport if necesary.
The villa is located within a few minutes walk from Butamiata beach, which over the years has gained the reputation of being one of the cleanest and most beautiful beach on the Bulgarian coast. However, for those who fancy a little more privacy and quietness, there are two more beaches a walking distance from the house where you can enjoy the soft sand, the landscape and the nature literately by yourself. Travel Details There is public transport to Bourgas and to Sofia.
