This brand new villa is situated in a peaceful rural villagewith a small shop and a lovely rustic restaurant and yet is only a short 8 mins drive to the heart of Playa Blanca. You will find the house furnished to a very high standard both inside and out. The electrically heated 8 x 4 metre pool is surrounded by timbre decking. Large terraces with patio heaters and landscaped gardens make the ideal place to waste away the days and nights with family and friends. Within safe view of the pool is a well equiped play area with soft flooring for the little ones and the games room will keep older children happy for hours. Upstairs, the views from the master bedroom and its private roof terrace are unrivalled. The villa is only a 20 mins transfer from the airport and is well located for visiting the islands many attractions.
Area Details
The local shop and restaurant are within an easy 5 mins stroll. The villa is 8 mins drive from the town of Playa Blanca with its pretty seafront promenade and selection of pavement bars and alluring fish and traditional Spanish restaurants around the harbour. Playa Blancas beaches are very family friendly. 8 mins in the other direction is the lovely village of Yaiza which also has some wonderful restaurants.
