Dream Stay is a stunning villa is situated on a large corner plot and has every amenity to make your stay both pleasant and memorable. All your requirements will be met down to clean towels and linen and every utensil you will need. Our gourmet kitchen is fully fitted with large fridge/freezer, range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. We also have a washer and dryer so you won't have to take lots of dirty washing home. The master bathroom has a large roman bath and walk in shower. The dining room is ideal for formal dining and the nook is perfect for breakfast our villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your stay. If you have any special requirements please feel free to ask.
Our villa is fully air conditioned but also has hot air heating just in case it should get a little chilly. Our living room is ideal for relaxing with a book or talking after dinner, the kids will also find it ideal for playing games and getting away from the adults who may wish to take advantage of the DVD or video player to catch up on any films you may have missed that's if you have a spare five minutes. We have a number of televisions with cable TV and a playstaion as well as a full size pool table and dartboard. In fact there is so much to do that you may not be able to fit into one visit and may need to come back - you will always be welcome. The pool area has been extended and has a large covered lanai and large deck area for sunbathing. The large pool is heated (gas heating optional) as is the spa from where you will be able to relax and watch the Disney fireworks. Orange Tree also has a children’s playground, a football pitch, basketball court, tennis courts and 5 acre park, there are 8 golf courses with a 7 minute drive as well as fishing close by. We are a mile from a new Wal-mart Superstore and there are restaurants, petrol stations, a chemist, bank and post office all within a close proximity. We are just 2 miles north from the US 192, 10 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from the other major attractions and Universal. The airport is just 35 minutes drive and the beaches are between 45 and 75 minutes drive away. All in all the perfect location. Area Details Orange Tree community is a prestigious development of luxury executive villas. The community boost tennis court, basketball court, soccer pitch, children's playarea and 5 acre park with picnic area. Orange Tree is far enough away from the parks to retain an air of peace and tranquility yet only 10 minutes from Disney. There are 8 golf courses within a 7 minute drive - which include 3 Disney courses.

Price Includes:-Taxes and cleaning. A mid stay clean can be arranged for an additional charge.
All prices are subject to change without notice and are only guaranteed once booking is confirmed.
Price Excludes:-Pool and Spa heating. There is an additional charge of £95 per week and is recommended between October and April.
Other Information:-On booking, we require a 20% deposit with the balance due 10 weeks before vacation commences. There is a £250 refundable security deposit also required with balance of monies.
