This is a unique opportunity for the rental of a 3/4 bedroom holiday villa located on the exclusive residential estate of Faro Park in Playa Blanca. There are no other 4 bedroom villas for holiday rental on the estate, so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment. In an ideal position at the end of a small cul-de-sac, the villa has open views towards the sea and mountains, not just from the pool area, but also from the lovely roof terrace where you can enjoy your glass of wine in the evening as you watch the sun set over Fuerteventura. The large south facing sun terraces surround the electrically heated private pool, and here you can enjoy your barbecue in peaceful sheltered surroundings. It's inside the villa, however, where you will really appreciate effort the owners have made to provide you with everything you require for a holiday to remember. The stylishly furnished lounge with gorgeous leather suite, has Satellite TV, DVD, Video, and CD/Hi-Fi to keep you entertained. From here, the owners have extended the property to include a quite exquisite large dining room complete with wall fish tank. This extension completely opens up the downstairs living space to provide plenty of room for large families or groups. Downstairs, there is also a fully fitted modern kitchen and 2 twin bedded rooms looking out to the pool area, as well as a bathroom. Climb the quite stunning marble staircase from the large hall upstairs to a beautiful ensuite master bedroom with patio doors leading to the roof terrace. You will also find another twin bed room upstairs. Whether you're a large family group or you're just looking for a villa where you can have your own space, then this is the villa for you. Area Details The villa is located just a few minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. Faro Park has a supermarket, cafes, bar and restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Playa Blanca is situated on the south coast of the island and has the best of the weather and sunshine, particularly in the southwest corner where Faro Park is situated. It has been tastefully developed and has spectacular beaches, in particular the famous Papagayo and Playa Flamingo, which are within easy reach of the villa. It has a beautiful pedestrianised shopping area as well as many seaside bars, cafes and excellent restaurants. The harbour where you can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura is a few minutes drive away, as is the stunning new marina with it's cafes and restaurants. All in all, a magnificent place to have the holiday you've dreamt of!
