A great town with very nice, warm and friendly people. This is a very quiet area where you could get lost of rest and relaxation. There is also lots to do from gambling at the Casino to walking the long stirp of beaches. You'll never run out of things to do. National Park,the famous Garden of the Groves and the Nature Center is available. Bahamas Junkanoo Festival on New Years Day is popular. Shopping at the Port Lucaya Marketplace & Marina and the Iternational Bazar and the Famous Out Door Kraft & Straw Market available.
