Arca villa is a spacious, luxury villa for rent which can accommodates up to twelve people. Built on a hillside to catch the trade-winds breezes so that air conditioning is not necessary, it is in a quiet location, with wonderful view over Falmouth Harbour, surrounded by many tropical trees.
Around an open patio there are five bedrooms, each with private bathroom, ceiling fan and wooden furniture. Few steps lead down to the large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, from which it s possible to go to the terrace and reach the swimming pool and BBQ zone.
In the lower level there is a studio with double bed, bathroom and kitchen with private entrance.
If you wish, you should agree with the Italian owner in cooking delicious meals for you Area Details The villa is located on a hill, 5 minutes driving to beaches, stable for horse riding, restaurants, supermarket and marinas where leaving for sail or fishing. In the north of the island (about 30 minutes driving) you can reach tha town St. John, the airport, 2 golf courses, and other magnificent beaches.
