The villa has a lounge & dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. The patio & solarium are overlooking the first fairway and provide spectacular views of the setting sun.
The resort is a gated community with 24 hour surveillance and boasts spacious boulevards & streets with parks & green zones everywhere. Within the resort there is a social club (less than 5 mins walk) with all ameneties (swimming pool, shops, restaurants, bars, fitness centre, tennis court, medical centre etc.) and a 5 star Intercontinental hotel is now open providing additional facilities. Area Details The resort is located within 10 mins from the crystal clear waters and beaches of the Mar Menor and the seaside towns of Los Acazares & Santiago de la Ribera. The serenity and clean waters of the Mar Menor render it a paradise for bathing and nautical sports, complementing the numerous opportunities for playing golf in the area.
Los Alcazares offers 7 kms of coastline from Los Narejos to Punta Brava. All the beaches are connected by means of a magnificent promenade which are fully equipped with showers & fountains and which hosts many snack bars & restaurants.
