2 bedroom cozy apartment within a few minute’s walk to the old town and its main square - the heart of Krakow. Highly elevated ceilings and enormously thick size of the walls of the old apartment, with the latter being a decent substitute for air-conditioning bring an atmosphere one can only feel in historic places. Typically rustic interior décor creates a sense of old style and as it befits a rustic style, the apartment’s kitchen plays a vital role as social life booster. On top of that, there comes the view of a local monastery with its garden, occasional nuns, as well as other backyards surrounded by old, stylish buildings. As for the owners, they will be happy to personally say hello, spend some time with you to let you settle down smoothly.
Detailed Description
kitchen
The kitchen plays an important role in Rustic style kitchen – many consider the place to be the center of social life. Indeed, the highlight of our kitchen is a large, round table standing in the light of a French window overlooking the local monastery which tempts to do a bit of talking while sipping good tea. Bright colors and wood covered walls heighten the effect of rustic, cozy style. The kitchen has all necessary facilities allowing self catering in comfort.
Living room
A large, bright colored room with wooden flooring. A very large double pull-out sofa standing by the window overlooking a stylish old building. The corner settee is convenient to sit for up to 6 people and can easily sleep 2 adults and, if necessary, a child. The room has a sweet, old style tiles covered stove (converted from coal to electricity powered device) which does not only heat up the place but also reinforces the old style effect. To save the precious space, we equipped the room with just 2 things – a wardrobe and a TV-set.
Master bedroom
The bedroom had enough space and daylight to allow a few pieces of old style, dark brown furniture. The double bed is standing by the large window overlooking quiet neighborhood. Like in other rooms, the bedroom is beautified by wooden flooring and most of all, by the proudly standing old style tiles covered stove. In the old days, they were meant to be the masterpieces of households and nowadays, after conversion from coal to electricity powered device, they effectively heat up the place and make the apartment extraordinarily cosy.
Bathroom
Upon opening a wooden door, the bathroom washing basin is just in front of you making the frequent access to water most practical. The area around the washing basin has a large mirror and all necessary shelves to place and use your cosmetics in comfort. The stand-up shower space is large and thus comfortable.
Toilet
Newly decorated and separate from the bathroom large space covered with green color tiles. The toilet room has its own washing basin thus the place if fully independent from bathroom. Not much more to say except the place is comfortable.
