Sunny appartment in family villa with use of shared pool. The appartment has 3 double bedrooms, one opening out onto it's own balcony, another onto the main terrace. The third bedroom looks out over the pool. There are fitted cupboards throughout. The living/dining room has comfortable sofas, a dining table and chairs for 6 and TV/DVD player. It opens out onto the terrace where there are more tables and chairs plus a barbeque for outdoor dining. There are 2 bathrooms and a seperate laundry room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped including an American fridge and induction hob. Area Details The villa is situated 5 minutes drive from the Historic village of St Paul de Vence, famous for it's artists past and present. The beach at Cagnes sur Mer with it's new award-winning Promenade is 10 minutes drive away. The market town of Vence an the Matisse chapel is also close by. A little further afield are the coastal towns of Nice and Cannes, or for the more adventurous Monaco or the Italian border town of Ventigmilia with it's bustling Friday market. Water sports are available at St Laurent du Var and there are many country walks. The area is rich in museums and Art Galleries.
