Villa Andaluz is a 3 storey mini mansion, elegantly furnished with a floor area of 450 square metres. There is a sitting room or seating area on each floor as well as a kitchen or kitchenette. In addition,the villa has 4 large double bedrooms and a sleeping area for 2 further guests, vast entrance hall, utility room and cloaks and 3 bathrooms. There are several terraces, a mature garden with heated swimming pool and a charming loggia. Internally, the villa is equipped with all the "mod cons." Area Details The Costa del Sol has something for everyone and boasts 330 days of sunshine a year and 200 miles of beach. Marbella is the nearest large town and many people speak English so consequently, it is very easy to get about. Puerto Banus with its famous marina and nightlife is only a 5-7 minute drive away. Spain has a vibrant and diverse culture and the historic town of Ronda is an hour away by car. From the villa one can visit Gibraltar and one can also take a day trip to Morocco from Algeciras, the port being about an hour by car from the villa. Travel Details One can arrive by train or bus in the area. However most people fly into Malaga, then take a taxi to the villa or hire a motor vehicle.It is easy to get about and our English/Spanish assistant will call a taxi when needed or one can walk to the bottom of the road as it is easy to find one there.

Price Includes:-Accommodation and utility costs are all included. The tariff is shown here for 6 people (except for the UK summer & Xmas hols. as that is the full rate.) We also reserve the option of charging for the full occupancy of 12 people + 2 cots during the other UK school holidays, but are always happy to provide a quote.
Other Information:-We have a price for occupancy based on up to 6 people, 8 people and 12 people + 2 cots. The maximum all adult group size is 10.
The UK school holidays are: 19-27 Feb 2011, 8-26 April 2011, 28May - 3 June 2011, 16 July to 30 August 2011, 15-23 Oct 2011, 23 Dec. - 12 January 2012.
