This beautifull 3 bedroomed detached villa with a private pool and air-conditioning is located just 10 minutes from El Gouna Town Centre on a lagoon directly from the Red Sea with views of the Golf Course.
The lounge area has a seating area with fully fitted kitchen
facilities and bathroom. Most comfortably sleeps 6 persons, the
staircase leads from the lounge to the bedrooms with on suite facilities and sun terraces outside. Area Details Located 20 minutes from Hurghada airport El Gouna is a small
prestigious resort built primarily for International residents
and tourist use. Built up of a chain of crystal blue lagoons
leading from the Red Sea its beauty is extravagant ! With 360
sunny days a year it suits most people. A haven for divers,
snorkelling, kite-surfing and other water sports,sun bathers can be happy with the lagoons, local beaches and neighbouring
islands. You can charter a boat to laze around other islands or
go fishing. Play golf on the 18 hole course, horse riding, Quad
biking, Go-Karting, cycling or simply take in the many bars,
restaurants and nightlife. But be warned you may go home with a
suntan ! Travel Details A car is not necessary as local buses pick up from just outside and the weekly ticket is only 10 le per week or you can use a Tok Tok at 5 le per person to anywhere in El Gouna or Local Taxi or hire a car! To venture out of El Gouna to neighbouring Hurghada is 5 le one way in a bus from downtown. Further afield there are local operators to advise on transport to Cairo and Luxor by bus or plane.
