Beautiful new 2-bed, 2-bathroomed penthouse apartment near to Miraflores Golf course and a minutes drive to the beach. Panoramic sea views plus 2 swimming pools & gardens in this secure complex. Marbella is just 10 minutes away. The apartment has been furnished to the highest standard and is immaculate throughout. It is located in the quiet, residential coastal resort area of Riviera del Sol (next to Miraflores) and is situated on a hillside in a prominent location, facing South to give panoramic views from the sun terrace, lounge and bedrooms, down across the Riviera valley towards the sea.
The apartment has Air Conditioning (hot and cold) and has marble floors throughout. The through living and dining room area has a sliding patio door that leads out onto the large, private sun terrace. The living room has a leather 2½ seated couch with a matching 3 seated bed/settee, coffee table and lamp. There is remote-controlled TV with Sky installed and also a Sony DVD/CD player. The dining table is large and comfortably seats up to 6 people. The kitchen is fitted with all new appliances and is well equipped with all you need to make your holiday a home from home (electric oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster). There is also an iron, ironing board and maiden should you need them. Both bedrooms enjoy the fabulous view. The master bedroom has a second sliding patio door leading onto the sun terrace and has it's own inner hallway with en-suite bathroom comprising of a bath/shower, toilet, sink and bidet. It has two built-in double wardrobes, full-length curtains, bedside tables, chest of drawers and lamps. The second twin bedroom has a window overlooking the sun terrace, with curtains, a double built in wardrobes and a bedside table and lamp. The spacious main bathroom comprises of a toilet, shower cubicle and sink. A Graco travelcot is available, if required.
The sun terrace has furniture comprising of a large patio table and chairs for up to 6 people along with a large parasol. There is ample room for sunbathing and dining, which is particularly relaxing in the evening with outside lighting. It is a secure, private complex with key coded access. There are 2 swimming pools and a 'paddle' tennis court (Small tennis court). Grassed areas and palm trees around the pools make it ideal for sunbathing. There's access to a secure garage underneath and the apartment has a lift available that takes you to all 5 floors. The complex is situated in beautifully maintained tropical gardens with paved walkways, night lighting and a waterfall feature. Area Details The location is perfect to enjoy a relaxing, beach holiday along one of Spain's best coastlines, or to use as a base to explore the surrounding area, where there's everything you need for a great night out too, with entertainment ranging from traditional flamenco performances to night-clubbing. This is in the heart of Spain’s prime golfing locations and Miraflores Golf course and Club House is just a 5-minute walk away. A short drive inland and you'll discover many delightful mountain villages and there's many restaurants to choose from offering all types of cuisine.
Everything you need is close to hand - local shops and restaurants, beaches with easy parking, golfing and many places to visit. One of our favourite ways to spend the day is at the family beach of Cabopino. This is less than a 5-minute drive from the apartment along the coast road towards Marbella. It has easy parking and very fine, soft sand and is dotted with beautiful palm trees. Here you can enjoy some water sports, plus there's beach restaurants and ice-cream, drinks etc. There are areas of neatly lined sunbeds with tables and straw parasols that can be hired out on a daily basis. To the eastern side of the beach is Cabopino's little marina, with a number restaurants and bars. This is a lovely, friendly place to go day or night and is known locally as the area's best kept secret. Travel Details Taxi fares from the airport to our apartment would be 40-50 Euros. Taxis are reasonably priced and a list of local taxi numbers are provided in a 'Welcome and Information' pack that has been left in the apartment. There are good bus links on the main coastal road, every 15-20 mins going each way (East to Malaga and West towards Marbella) and buses run until midnight. The coast road is just under a mile away.
