The recently villa, in a pure provencial style, is situed at the top of a hill surrounding Rians and offering a beautifull view on the " garrigue". With its large living room, a full equiped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms,laundry room it offers high comfort and full accomodation for 9 persons.
The private swimming pool( 10x5m) is situed in a nice enclosed garden of3000m2, surrounded with 60m2 terrace.A big terrace situated along the house and partially covered, and at the back of the yard a parking for 3-4 cars.
BBQ and ping pong Area Details The house is located 500m far from the center off the small village of Rians, wich belongs to the Var's department.
Rians is situated at 40km from Aix en Provence, 20 km from St Maximin and about 1000km from Brussels.
Rians is a nice Provencial village ,which offers a lot of facilities, as tennis, cinema, restaurants, shops, etc.
A large number of scenic spots are located in the direct vicinity,( 40 min) as Aix en Provence, manosque, "montagne Ste Victoire". luberon's villages, the Verdon's gorges, the Mediterranean Sea are located at about 1 hour from Rians.
