Calla Lily is our Wonderful Florida Vacation Rental Home with lake front pool terrace with jacuzzi spa and lanai only 15 minutes from Disney and situated in the highly sought after Crescent Lakes community in Kissimmee.
Our privately owned vacation rental villa in Kissimmee is a quality Disney holiday home that is extremely spacious with lots of room for families to spread out and relax and enjoy themselves.
The pool and spa back onto one of the many lakes so it is nice and private for when you just want to relax in the sunshine whilst enjoying your Florida vacation.
Our Disney pool home is fully air-conditioned with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and although it is only 15 minutes to Walt Disney World and less than 10 Minutes to Highway 192 it is located in the exclusive and tranquil Crescent Lakes community which is built around many lakes and conservation areas.
Our private Orlando holiday villa has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard. It has everything you could possibly need for an ideal vacation home away from home and to ensure that your stay there will be really special.
BEDROOMS
There is a lovely Master bedroom on the 1st floor with a King size bed, walkin closet, full en-suite facilities, Cable TV, ceiling fan and clock radio.
2nd Queen bedroom on the ground floor with an adjoining bathroom, ceiling fan, Cable TV and clock radio.
Another Queen bedroom with Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and roomy closet is on the 1st floor.
Two spacious twin bedded rooms both with roomy closets,Cable TV, ceiling fans and clock radios are also situated on the first floor.
LIVING AREAS
Beautifully furnished Family room with 42" Plasma Cable TV, DVD, CD player and an IPOD docking station so you can listen to your own music.
A second living room on the ground floor has Cable TV, DVD and a Queen sleeper sofa for occasional sleeping if required.
The breakfast nook has patio doors to the lanai and pool terrace so you can enjoy breakfast inside looking out over the lake or sit outside under the lanai by the pool. Heaven! Get up early and watch the glorious sunrises whilst enjoying your morning coffee!
An upstairs loft/den area with computer with Hi Speed Internet, PC plus a wireless connection, Cable TV, PlayStation2 console & games, sofa, cordless phone and lots of reading books.
FACILITIES
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven with ceramic hob, large fridge freezer with ice-maker, blender. There is even a remote control, under counter, Radio/CD player with lots of CDs provided.
All bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, lovely linen, Cable TV, Ceiling Fans and Clock Radios.
The Family room has a 42" Plasma TV with DVD making 8 TV's in total.
Separate dining room to the front of the house with easy access to the fully equipped and spacious kitchen.
Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc;
All towels and linens are provided including towels for the pool area.
Hair dyers are supplied in all bathrooms.
Cordless phones with Complimentary Local, National and International calls plus a voice-mail facility.
Pool terrace with Lanai, Spa and plenty of luxury pool furniture.
A brilliant Games Room with 8ft slate bed pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball, Electronic darts, table and chairs.
Calla Lily is fully alarmed and licenced for short term rental plus Crescent Lakes has 24 hour security patrols for your added peace of mind.
Our home excellently maintained by our brilliant management company who are on hand to assist you with any problems or advice you may need.
Our beautiful Orlando villa is ideal for your Florida vacation because of the excellent facilities we provide and the wonderful location.

The Reedy Creek Nature Preserve gives a pleasant and picturesque backdrop to this development and provides a tranquil setting to relax in.
Crescent Lakes is set in a beautifully wooded area, overlooking the Disney Wilderness Preserve with children's play area and nearby tennis courts, golf course and swimming pools just a short drive away.
Just 10 minutes drive away from Highway 192 with its numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment areas makes Crescent Lakes convenient for all that the Orlando area has to offer.
Our villa is within easy reach of over 10 different golf courses all within a 15 minute drive, many nature reserves, lakes and walks, Boggy Creek Air Boat rides, Horse World, and a petting farm.
It is also situated near 2 WalMart 24 Hour Superstore plus Publix etc; for all of your everyday shopping.
The Gulf and East coast beaches are only a 50-120 minute drive away.
Enjoy the blissful tranquility yet be close enough to all the area's major attractions and entertainment.
Communal facilities at Crescent Lakes include children's' play areas, basketball and volley ball courts, purpose built BBQ area and a 24 hour security patrol for your added peace of mind.
Fish in the lakes, visit the play area or just relax and unwind around your own lake front pool.
Close to our villa you will find Bird Watching, Cycling, Fishing, Golf, Horse Riding, Night Life, Sailing, Water Sports, Tennis, Zoo, theatre/cinema, shopping areas, theme parks, water parks and many restaurants.

A really modern, spacious and tastefully decorated villa with everything you could want or need. They've thought of everything. A real home from home. It's a nice distance from all the parks and if you don't want to go to the parks, it's a lovely villa to just relax in and sit by "your own private pool". Heaven! I would highly recommend Calla Lily Villa. You won't be disappointed.
