Our brand new villa, designed in a traditional Egyptian style, with vaulted and domed ceilings, is attractively furnished and has marble flooring throughout. It accommodates seven people and is perfect for families and groups alike.
Large swimming pool (9m x 5m) is south-east facing so that it is in the sun all day, with extensive terracing for sunbathing and shaded pergola with seating, leading down to the lagoon.
Lounge has a magnificent domed ceiling, luxurious sofa to relax in, local cable TV and DVD. French doors open onto the ground floor sun terrace, which overlooks the pool and lagoon.
Kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
Dining area has a marble table that will seat up to eight people.
Master bedroom is on the first floor and has a vaulted ceiling, a deluxe four poster king size bed, en suite shower room, fitted wardrobe and French door onto its own private sun terrace overlooking the pool and lagoon.
Twin/double bedroom is next to the main bathroom and has a vaulted ceiling, twin beds that can easily be made into a double, a fitted wardrobe and French doors onto its own sun terrace overlooking the pool and lagoon.
Triple bedroom is next to the living room. It has twin beds and a fold-away bed, a fitted wardrobe and French doors onto the ground floor sun terrace overlooking the pool and lagoon.
Bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
Cloakroom comprises toilet and hand basin. It also houses the washing machine.
Air conditioning in each bedroom and the lounge.
Roof terraces all have pergolas and comfortable seating so you can enjoy the sun or shade.
