Cayman Reef Resort has just put on a Brand New Beautiful Roof over the complex, has painted the resort, has new beach and pool chairs and has completed the new landscaping project. Beach front condo: 3 bedroom, 2 bath, on two floors (2nd and top), with central air conditioning, fully equipped open plan kitchen and spacious living/dining area with veranda directly overlooking the beach. Two of the bedrooms have walk on access to the 3rd floor veranda which looks out over the pristine white sand beach and Caribbean Sea. All three bedrooms have queen size beds and ceiling fans. The condo has a washer & dryer, Cable TV, Wireless Internet connection and all linens and towels are provided. Everything in this condo is Brand New for 2006! All furniture (Living room, Dining room and 3 Bedrooms) is Brand New. Both Bathrooms have been fully redone with new tiles, cabinets, counters and a Whirlpool Tub in the upstairs bath! Both verandas have Brand New tiles.
Brand New carpeting has been laid for all 3 bedrooms, upstairs hall, spiral stairway and area rug for the living room. All Brand New appliances - stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer & dryer, water heater and air condenser.
Snorkeling gear and Tennis rackets and balls is provided.
A daily maid service is available if required.

Other Information:-Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
Rates are Per Night for up to 6 people for minimum 5 night stay. Add USD $75 per night for stays under 5 nights.
April 15 - Nov. 14 (Low Season):US $350(+10% Government tax)
Nov. 15 - April 14 (High Season):US $450(+10% Government tax)
Pirate Week (min. 7 night stay):US $425(+10% Government tax)
If maid service is required an additional charge of US $25 per day must be added.
Deposits: 50% deposit at time of booking.
Payment Policies: 50% deposit at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made under 30 days: 100% payment in full at time of booking.
Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation of a reservation is required. For cancellations made more than thirty days prior to arrival a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within thirty days of your arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained and any balance refunded.
Long Term Rental available: US $5,500 per month. Six month minimum. Please inquire!
Arrival/Departure: We accept arrivals and departures any day of the week. Whatever works best for you.
Check Out Time: 11 A.M. - Based on schedule.
