2 bedrooms ,2 bathrooms,fully air-conditioned, tastefuly decorated lounge with tv/dvd and library with patios doors leading to large furnished balcony with breathtaking views, American kitchen complete with washing machine, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle. Master bedroom has the luxury of an en-suite bathroom complete with full lenght bath. 2ND Bedroom has bathroom with shower.There is an elevator to the apartment door and no steps anywhere on the complex making it an ideal holiday property for the elderly and young children. There is a quiet pool area for relaxation with a separate childrens section with decking.Prices include all linen (including beach towels) and a welcome pack.In the apartment you will find buckets, spades, fishing nets, water wings, inflatables, and a picnic rug to save on your packing space!Local shops and restaurants and the palm lined promenade are only a few mins level walk away.Close but not to close. Area Details Puerto de mazarron has long been a popular holiday destination with the spanish but has remained relatively undiscovered outside of spain.A very spanish area with no package tourists means that prices are still low , making it possible to enjoy a 3 course meal with wine, beer and water for as little as 8 euros (just ask for the "menu del dia").The area is borderd by stunning mountains giving the port its very own micro-climate with long, hot summers and dry, pleasently warm winters.
We can arrange riding, cycle hire, fishing trips, whale/dolphin watching trips, golfing holidays ( we are currently offering our guests 30% discount on local green fees) and all water sports. As the apartment is only 2hrs30mins from the sierra nevada, we can arrange skiing trips, so why not sunbathe before breakfast, ski before lunch and then be back in puerto de mazarron for supper. Travel Details Taxi transfers can be arranged from the airport to the apartment with an English speaking driver with a wealth of information on the area.Approx 45mins drive.
There is a local Bus Station in the Port and trains to many beautiful towns and cities(such as Madrid) can be caught from nearby Murcia.
