A new property, this villa comprises of 2 modern villas that share a Large pool; Villa 1 (top floor) has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 5 adults. Villa 1 is air-conditiond with a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room with washing machine.It has a bathroom with shower and hot water throughout and a spacious living room with television, stereo and bar area. There is also a Safe fitted to ensure extra security. There is also space for additional sleeping arrangements.A cleaner will call daily and linen will be change twice a week.

Price Includes:-Villa 2 rental for 1 week, including Air Conditioning electricity and gas. 1 linen change per week, a cleaner Mon-Sat and use of washing machine. Local telephone calls are included. A welcome hamper will be awaiting you arrival to get you started. |
Price Excludes:-Personal laundry,Food after the hamper has been consumed, airport transfers. If Transfers are required/car hire please let us know and we can arrange this for you.
Personal liability - renters are liable for any accidents that may occur whilst at the villa. The owners ensure that correct maintenance is carried out at all times to avoid this. |
