The villa is situated on one of the largest plots in Bridgewater Crossing. The lawn slopes down to a lake providing a beautiful setting from the screened pool. The villa is fully furnished to the highest standard and the open plan design of the property gives a spacious and comfortable feeling inside. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and overlooks the lounge area giving a very spacious feel to the property. The lounge is equipped with with 28 inch TV connected to cable. There is a DVD/VCR and new PS2 all upgraded in April 2006.
The master suite comprises a walk in closet, en suite bathroom with WC, twin vanity units, bath and walk in shower. The master suite also contains a queen size bed and remote TV connected to cable. There is an additional queen room and two further twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and also have remote televisions connected to cable. Area Details Located only three miles from the prestigious Champions Gate golf course, the villa is ideally situated for the main attractions and the area's other leading golf courses, as well as close proximity to great shopping outlets and restaurants. There is also free use of the communal swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts which are in tip top condition having been improved in April 2006. Bridgewater Crossing also has its own immaculately maintained children's playground for under 5's. Bridgewater Crossing's relaxing and quiet environment is the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando and Kissimmee while still being close enough to venture out at night to sample the many restaurants and bars on offer. Our villa is a home from home and we hope you will enjoy everything it has to offer during your vacation. Travel Details From Bridgewater Crossing, the nearest shopping mall is only three miles away by Champions Gate and includes a Publix supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, Liquor Store, Dry Cleaners, Nail & Hair Salon and restaurants to complete the complex. There is also an excellent Walmart north on highway 192 only about 10 minutes drive away. Closer to home there is a Chevron gas station which is situated 500m left out of Bridgewater Crossing. This is useful if you only need a few groceries and gas. A car is highly recommended to make the most of all that Orlando has to offer.
