Stunning property, located by the beach, bars & supermarket. this property is modern and attractive. Each sleeps up to 4 and has the advantage of a large communal pool close by. Kitchens are fully equipped, the bathrooms luxuious with large walk in shower, wash hand basin, w.c. & washing machine. The large lounge has a double sofabed, TV/DVD/CD player & overlooks the well maintaned gardens & outside is a terrace with dining furniture. The bedroom has 2 large size single beds & stylish mirrored wardrobes. Area Details The area is clean, modern and very attractive. All Lanzarote roads and walkways have recently been refurbished, it is a beautiful safe & sunny Island to visit all year round. The beach & supermarket are a 2 minute walk from the bungalows & the main attractions of Puerto Del Carmen are all within a 10 minute stroll. The area close by is very pretty & tranquil and we find visitors returning year after year because of the year round sun and short flight, just 4 hours to a luxurious destination.
We have the wonderful Rancho Texas Theme Park just a 10 minute walk away - a must see when on the island. Travel Details Due to the location of this property car hire would not be necessary, if you wish to travel further into the Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen, taxis are always available at 2-3 euros a time or the frequent busses cost just 1 euro.
