Finca de los Podadores is a beautiful villa situated on large acreage and nestled in a picturesque valley surrounded by orange groves and oak forests. With three bedrooms (all with en suite) this gorgeous house accommodates up to five people quite comfortably.
Despite its close proximity to Palma, Podadores is located in the peaceful valley of San Pedro in the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountain range. A short drive from the villa is the quaint village of Esporles. Here you will find all that you may need to make your stay more comfortable. There are two supermarkets, four bars and several excellent restaurants. Area Details This property gives you the chance to enjoy a genuine and complete Mediterranean experience. The villa is surrounded by an orange grove, olive and palm trees, buganvilia, cypresses, and a protected oak tree forest. You will enjoy the mature trees and great unspoiled views of of the valley. If you decide, you can be in Palma within 15 minutes and enjoy one of Europe's best shopping, museum and dining experiences.
There are more than ten golf courses close by. Many theme parks are in easy driving distance (anywhere from 12 to 18 km away)such as Marineland in Portals Nous and Golf Fantasia in Palma Nova. Deep sea fishing charters are available at almost any time of the day. There are amazing coves on the North Coast of the island within a 15 minute drive from the villa for suntanning, swimming and scuba diving.
