Property Details
The villa enjoys a superb location in a small residential area with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside only 6-8 minutes walk to a famous local restaurant and a supermarket and are close to golf courses, water parks, Albufeira Marina, Zoomarine, Algarve Shopping and only 3-4 minutes drive from the Old Town of Albufeira with great bars, restaurants, unforgettable nightlife and beautiful golden beaches
The villa compromises of 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed, all en suite, fully fitted kitchen and living/dining room leading out to terrace with private swimming pool. Cot available for a baby.
Caretaker/housekeeper lives on site in an annex with a seperate entrance.
Cleaning ( maid service ) is provided three times week with change of linen once per week and towels twice weekly.
Air conditioning available in the living room and all 3 bedrooms at additional cost payable locally if required. Please ask for more details.
We also have another 3 bedroom villa ( Villa Bernardo ) with private pool right next to Villa Carreira giving possibility of renting two villas together to larger groups.
This is truly a superb place for your holidays at an unbeatable price ! Area Details Algarve is a region renowned for its mild, sunny climate, its miles of glorious sandy beaches with their stunning rock formations and excellent sport facilities.
It boasts an average of 3000 hours of sunshine per year. It is mild all year round with virtually no rain in the summer months.
February sees the start of spring and it is warm at the end of September and often in October.
Villa Carreira is situated in new residential area only 2km from the center of Albufeira which is a major tourist resort with all facilities.
The old town which perches on the cliff top overlooking the beach retains a distinctive Moorish character and you can still see the fisherman bringing in their catch on Praia dos Pescadores ( Fisherman´s beach ) Travel Details You can use the buses and taxis to get around Albufeira and the Algarve but renting a car would give much more flexibility and allow to explore the real Algarve.
There is a local bus in Albufeira with a stop about 6-7 minutes walk from the villa.

Other Information:-- Arrive on any day of the week (flights are normally much cheaper midweek) but please note in high season it may only be possible to arrive on same day as the previous guests are checking out. We will do our best to accommodate your request with your chosen travel dates.
- All rates are per villa per week based on up to 5 guests ( the villa can sleep up to 6 guests ( or 7 guests with a cot ) and the cost for additional person above 5pax is from £70.00 to £140.00 per week )
- Check in from 3pm on the day of arrival, check out at 10am on the day of departure (this is to allow time to clean the villa for next arrival). If you flight is late, luggage can be stored at the villa.
- Air conditioning available in the living room and all 3 bedrooms at additional cost payable locally if required. Please ask for more details.
- 30% deposit required when making a reservation.Balance is payable at least 6 weeks before arrival.
- Payment can be made in sterling to our bank in UK or by bank transfer to our bank in Portugal.
- Breakage deposit of €250.00 (approx. £230.00) must be paid on arrival in cash and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occurred.
