TV sat/ DVD, radio and CD player. Upstairs bedroom with a balcony and view over the woods. Flower garden around and partly enclosed pine forest. Alike holiday houses in the neighbourhood. Place surrounded by lakes and forest, peaceful and attractive regional holiday spa. Air and water very clean and healthy, wildlife (deer, foxes, cranes, woodpeckers, lots of birds and fish). Extremely attractive in summer, lakes clean and safe for swimming; cycling and walking paths; facilities for football, volley ball, badmington, boxing bag; sand pit for toddlers, swing. Place for bonfire, outdoor grill. Area Details Lakes and forest (mostly pine, beech). 20 miles from the Baltic Sea coast, near to Gdansk -famous and historic amber city, Gdynia - port and city (sailing opportunities)and Sopot - famous Polish sea spa. Wildlife, walking paths, fishing opportunities, cycling routes, lakes clean for swimming, with small beaches and piers. Boat available.
