Site of charm, culture and nature. Large terrace and garden south-oriented; ancient furniture. Living with open fire, dining room, large equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms. No swimming pool. Area Details Secluded in former agricultural exploitation dominating the Versilia coast;panoramic view on Tuscany hills and sea in front and mountains (Apuane Alps) on the back. Close (11km by road)to fancy and lively Viareggio (one of the most-prized balnear spots of Italy) and to some of the best cultural centres of Tuscany (Lucca: 18km; Pisa 28km; Petrasanta 15km; Florence 70km.
