Cabille, a beautifully renovated stone cottage and barn set round a large salt pool, is situated at the end of a country lane near St Martin de Beauville. The property overlooks a wooded valley and fields of sunflowers. The cottage has one double and two single bedrooms, a large living room, fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and a separate shower room with toilet. The barn has one double and one twin bedroom, large bathroom with shower and kitchen/dining room with lounge area. Both cottage and barn have a covered barbeque terrace with views across the valley. Area Details Cabille is less than 4km from limited shopping at Le Sauvetat de Sauveres, 10 km from the bastide town of Beauville which has an excellent restaurant, shops and a bank around a lovely square, and 20 mins. from all shopping requirements in the country town of Agen. The area abounds with pretty villages, old stone houses and tree lined squares shading small bars and restaurants. During the summer months there are food and wine festivals, antique fairs and concerts of jazz, rock and classical music. There are many opportunities to enjoy canoeing, golf, riding, cycling and tennis. A little further away are the river valleys of the Lot, Garonne and Dordogne. There are also museums, chateaux and historical sites to explore.
