Agriturismo Santa Cristina is placed in Lathium in the village of Magliano Sabina. The property is composed by four villas (Villa Domitilla, Villa Sveva, Villa Laurentia and Villa Mary) that dominate the valley and sit in the middle of a 100h (250 acres) estate.
Each villa is independent and private and can give hospitality up to 8 people. It is also possible, opening a gate in the garden, to connect Villa Domitilla and Villa Sveva and transform them in one single villa for a big group of friends (up to 16 persons!).
Villa Domtilla & Villa Sveva (sleeps 8+8)
Ground floor: large living room with satellite TV, dvd and cd player,dining area, fireplace large south-facing sun window, full fitted kitchen with dishwasher,washing machine and oven, breakfast room, twin bedded with ensuite bathroom (disabled wc in Villa Domitilla).
First floor : double bedded room with private bathroom with bath, twin bedded room with private bathroom with bath, twin bedded rooms with private bathrooms. Private garage with room for 3 cars each villa.
Pool area - The pool area is shared between the two villas and is situated 30 mtrs to the south of the villa. The pool(14 x 7 mtrs/deep; 1,20-1,40 depth) is immersed in its own garden with views of the estate. The surround is paved in terracotta where the umbrellas, deckchairs, loungers and armchairs are situated. There are 2 dressing rooms, each with shower, wc and sink.
Villa Laurentia (sleeps 8)
Ground floor - Large living room with satellite TV, dvd and cd player, dining area, fireplace, large south-facing sun window; fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and oven; breakfast room; twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower (with fittings for the disabled).
First floor - 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with bath, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with bath, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
Pool area - The pool area is completely private and is situated at 15 mt. from the villa, visible just outside of the living room window. The pool(12 x 5 mtrs/deep; 1,20-1,40 depth) is immersed in its own garden with views of the estate. The surround is paved in terracotta where the umbrellas, deckchairs, loungers and armchairs are situated.
Villa Mary (sleeps 8)
Ground floor - Large living room with satellite TV, dvd and cd player, dining area, fireplace, large south-facing sun windows; fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and oven; twin bedroom with private bathroom with bath.
First floor - 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with bath, 2 twin bedrooms, one bathroom with shower.

Area Details The estate of Santa Cristina is nestled amongst the rolling undulating hills of the Lathium, land of the Etruscans, the Ancient Romans and many Popes. The property enjoys a fine position overlooking its very own vineyard and the surrounding countryside of Lathium and Tuscany. Rome awaits you just to the south (72kms-45M) with its enormous historical and cultural heritage revealing archeological sites, splendid renaissance and baroque palaces and of corse the Vatican City, Sovereign Seat of the Pope and home to the largest collection of art and antiquities in the world. The world of Etruscans is also nearby to the west at Viterbo(50kms-31M), Vulci(100kms-62M), Cerveteri and Tuscania (70kms-43M) with its interesting Etruscan tombs, One may also embark on a pilgrimage tracing the footsteps of St.Francis of Assisi which starts at Rieti (51kms-31M). The magnificent Florence is at 210kms (131M). Travel Details Rail-way station directly connected to Rome is in the small village of Borghetto: "Magliano Sabina - Civita Castellana Station", at 15 kms from the Villa.
