This country house is a very quiet place to find a complete relax. It is located in a green area in Monte Rufeno Natural Park Reserve (about 3.000 hectares).
This country estate extends on 3 Regions: TUSCANY, LATIUM and UMBRIA, very close to San Casciano dei Bagni Village, Bolsena Lake and Orvieto town.
Thanks to its strategic position our guests can reach easily the most fascinating ART CITIES of Central Italy such as: SIENA, ASSISI, PERUGIA, ROME, FLORENCE, VITERBO, GROSSETO, MONTALCINO, PIENZA, SOVANA, CORTONA,....

ROSA apartment: sleeps 2/4, GIGLIO apartment: sleeps 2/5, MIMOSA apartment: sleeps 4/6, VIOLA apartment + IRIS apartment (sleeps 6/8) that are communicating can to be rented as a large whole apartment of 130 sq. mt with: 3 bedrooms, 1 large living room, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, TV, 2 bathrooms with 2 showers.
All the apartments with fully-equipped kitchens, cool rooms and outdoor space with a table and chairs is reserved for the occupants.
There is also a large private Swimming pool (22m x 8m x 1,45m) for the warm days of Spring and Summer.
This superb swimming pool extends to the front of the panorama.
One apartment is predisposed for disable people.
