A uniqe private red 18th century woodenhouse with a lush garden of footballfieldsize on the backside. On the frontside is the city . The house, 2 floors, contains well equipped kitchen with small breakfast area and a livingroom/diningroom + guest wc on bottom floor and on top floor there are two bedrooms and bathroom + washingmachine in hallway leading to bathroom. Woodenfloors, fireplace and light modern laidback atmosphere. There is a barbecue and outdoors eating/lounging place where you can sit until midnight contemplating the stars and the occasional "wildlife" such as a our hare, birds, deer and the neighbours norwegian forest cat "Smilla". We who live here are Tina, foodstylist and journalist. Niklas; sommelier and tecnical adviser for artists, and uor two wonderful daughters Ebba 13 and Hedda 7. Area Details Very central in one of the nicest and most beautiful areas of town called "Södermalm". Lots of restaurants and bars and small designer-, (clothes and furniture) and foodshops a few minutes away, awailable from the "busy" side of the house. On the other side is a big park, "vita bergen", with a church on top and an amphitheatre with high quality plays and dancing performances for free in summertime. Travel Details Very good: two major busstops just outside the garden with very frequent traffic. 3 stops (5min) to subway. 7min to commutertrains, 10min to Central Station. 7 min to archipellago boats.
