You will love the comforts and features that our condo has to offer. It is fully equipped and available for vacation rental, business, or short-term stays. Fine restaurants and exciting night clubs are nearby or you can relax by the pool, play a round of golf, hike one of the many trails, or indulge your every want by shopping the many boutiques, shops and galleries.
Everything is right at your doorstep and within walking distance! Our living room has vaulted ceilings and working Southwestern-style brick fireplace/hearth. It has sliding patio doors from the living room and the master bedroom to a private covered balcony patio with a view overlooking a lovely greenbelt. The patio is furnished with a glass table and padded bamboo chairs.
There is a dining room, fully equipped tiled kitchen with new refrigerator, new microwave, dishwasher and a pantry with a washer and dryer. All gourmet kitchen appliances are available, including condiments. You provide everything else. Our complex, The Center Court, has two large pools, each with its own large spa/jacuzzi. There are two lighted tennis courts, and in the club house there is an exercise/weight room, locker room and showers, sauna, squash courts, and a full indoor basketball court, which is air-conditioned. We also have sheltered parking in our fabulous location.
Scottsdale's Old Town features boutique shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Arizona's largest mall, Fashion Square, is a 5-minute drive.

Pick your favorite baseball team & you are right there for spring training. Convenience to the freeway attributes to the tremendous centrally located Center Court Complex. This desert resort city is lined with palm trees surrounded by impressive rugged mountains, nestled in the foothills of the Sonora Desert. Close to shopping, major events, great golf courses, and only minutes to downtown Phoenix, and Tempe, home of the ASU Sun Devils.
Here you will find the vacation of your dreams. It is not only the golf capital of the world but has world-class shopping, critically acclaimed dining and over 100 artist\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s galleries and studios.
