The villa is situated at the end of a private lane with direct access to the beach - a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive along the seafront to the Old Port, the Festival Hall, the restaurants and the entertainment in the town centre, La Croisette, rue d'Antibes, cinemas, casinos, ferry port. Travel Details There is a Municipal bus stop to town 50 meters from the villa with a small shopping centre which includes a convenience store, a cafe, a pharmacy, dry cleaners, hairdresser, etc.
A regular hourly shuttle service from Cannes to Nice airport is within walking distance. The railway station is 1.3km with services to all coastal cities, Marseilles and TGV to Paris, to Monaco and Italy.
