1 bedroom, ocean front condo on the 1st floor, located on beautiful Isle of Palms with broad sandy beach. The condo is nicely decorated and maintained with its own private balcony facing the ocean. The condo is equipped with modern appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, cable TV, VCR, DVD player, microwave oven, blender, small compact stereo system, telephone with answering machine, hairdryer, alarm clock, etc. near shopping, restaurants, & grocery store. A fishing pier & swimming pools as well as a laudromat are on site. Off street parking is free. Laudromat is on site.
Note: During the peak season (5/27/05 – 9/09/05) with a weekly minimum stay: Most properties are rented Saturday to Saturday. Properties are a week minimum for holidays until 30 days prior to arrival. Area Details This condo is on the Front Beach of the Isle of Palms in the main business area with shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Everything is within walking distance (a radius of three blocks). So a car is useful but optional while visiting here. Travel Details Public bus transportation is available!

Other Information:-Canacellation Policy: The deposit for your reservation is fully refundable if notice is given before 30 days of the arrival date. If the notice is given less than 30 days before scheduled arrival, a refund will still be granted if the property is re-rented or the same time period and under the same terms as your reservation agreement. In case of a hurricane or other natural diasaster which interrupts your visit on the Isle of Palms, SC, your deposit and any unused portion of your rental fee will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure!
