Large luxurious Non-Smoking Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 10th floor on beautiful Daytona Beach in the SandDollar Condominium at 3115 S. Atlantic Ave. Both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom have access to a very large Private Balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Sorry, no pets allowed. The SandDollar Condo is family oriented, not a party building.
We have all New Furnishing and a free High Speed DSL Internet Connection.
WEEKLY RENTALS: Saturday to Saturday. 7 day Minimum Rental Period.

BUILDING has 2 elevators, security system/smoke detectors/sprinklers, oceanfront heated pool with hot tub, exercise room, underground parking for one car with 7' garage door. WE DO NOT HAVE A KIDDY POOL and Infants in diapers or swimmies are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
UNIT features ceiling fans, central air/heat, and 4 telephones/answering system/data port with High Speed DSL Internet Connection and computer size guest safe for your valuables.
LIVING/DINING area has queen sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner, 27" TV/cable, stereo system, CD player, DVD/VCR Player, VHS, DVD and CD library.
KITCHEN has refrig/ice and water in door, microwave, dishwasher, smooth top stove/oven, disposal, toaster oven, automatic coffee maker, george forman grill, blender/juicer, crock pot, and all the dishes and kitchen ware you will need.
IN-UNIT LAUNDRY with full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
MASTER BEDROOM with king size bed, 19" TV/cable, clock radio, private bath with walk-in shower and hair dryer.
GUEST BEDROOM has 2 twin beds, 19" TV/cable, DVD/VCR, clock radio, access to second bath with tub/shower and hair dryer. We furnish all the linens and towels you will need--even beach towels. Other Information:-WEEKLY RENTAL RATES from $840 to $1,190, depending on your Vacation Dates. Special Events are higher.
PLEASE E-MAIL YOUR VACATION DATES FOR A PRICE QUOTE.
A $60 CLEANING FEE plus 12.5% FLORIDA TAX will be added to all Rental Rates.
$200 per Week BOOKING FEE is required to hold your Vacation dates, if your requested Vacation Date is more than 45 days from now. If your Vacation Dates are less than 45 days from now, we will need the full amount to Book your Vacation Dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Your Booking Fee will be refunded less a 5% Cancellation Fee, if you Cancel at least 30 days prior to the first Date of your Reservation. After the 30 days, I will refund to the extent that I am able to rent the unit for your reservation period, less a 5% Cancellation Fee. Full payment is expected at least 30 days prior to your Reservation Date. A 10% Cancellation Fee, 60 day Cancellation Notice and 60 day Full Payment applies to Special Event Dates. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this Policy, unless the Cancellations is initiated by the Owner.
