Spacious detached 2 bedroom pressoir with pool, restored to a very good standard with modern bathroom and kitchen. Well equipped kitchen, lounge with french windows to a patio with BBQ. Uninterruped views over farmland. Also a 2nd 2 bedroom house closeby to sleep up to 6 with large farmhouse well equipped kitchen, log fire & central heating. Situated among vinyards and farmland, but within easy reach of Saumur and Angers. Area Details The house is set in rolling farmland and vinyards. 30 klms from angers and 20 klms from saumur. Both towns are very beautiful and have chateaux and museums and places of interest. they are situated on the river loire. For the active there is plenty to do, either sports or siteseeing. for the less active the garden is large and quite for relaxing in. The loire and other rivers are close by for fishing. Travel Details There is a bus service.
