It is shared in two floor:
-on the ground floor there is a big living /dining room with a beautiful fireplace , a sofa and armchairs and enough space to eat for more then 20 people, a fully equipped kitchen(dishwasher).
-On the same floor there are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and one bathroom.
Upstairs there are others two bedrooms, 1 double beds the other 2 single beds, and another bathroom. Cortona, just 20 minutes away, is a medieval 'hill town' above the Valdichiana in eastern Tuscany. It offers the best of traditional Tuscan lifestyle in a rural country setting and the conveniences of a small city.
This classic Etruscan hill town lies between Lago Trasimeno and the Appenine mountains. It is rich in archaeological wonders from the Etruscan, Medieval, Roman and Renaissance eras. During the summer, Cortona hosts numerous activities including festivals, art exhibitions, antique markets, and a number of gastronomic fairs.
If the tranquillity and beauty of the surrounding area isn't enough, Villa Il Colle is a perfect base camp from which to explore Tuscany and Umbria. Lake Trasimeno - Italy's 4th largest - is only 20 minutes away with excellent swimming and water sports. The railway station is a similar distance - once on a train you can be in Florence in an hour or in Rome in two.
