Prospect’s 980-acre estate in the resort town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica, has 6 luxurious sea front villas and a historic Great House: one 3 and five 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10.
Eight Rivers, Frangipani, Somewhere and Wag Water villas each have their own 1-1/2 acre private garden, pool, sun deck and steps into the sea.
Frankfort has its own exclusive pristine white sand beach.
Prospect Great House is 1-mile inland, perched on a hill 300 feet above the sea with a commanding view of the estate and Caribbean Sea.
All of the Prospect rental houses are fully staffed with a cook, butler, maid/laundress and all night security. Guests can also enjoy the free use of the Estate's tennis court and popular Prospect Plantation Tours which offers jitney and horse back riding tours. All activities are within an easy 5-minute walk of the villas. The friendly on-site managers greet all guests and are happy to cater to their individual needs.
All guests of Prospect Villas receive complimentary Plantation Tours, horseback riding, mini golf, airport transfers on stays of seven days or more and beach access.
Each villa has its own pool, sun deck and sea access and is equipped with:
