Villa Tiipoto is a wonderful contemporary house, built on a hillside plot on the Corniche des iles d'or, above the small bay of Aiguebelle.The house is south facing and has stunning panoramic views over the sea and nearby islands.Built on 3 levels and of the classic contemporary style with open plan living/dining room with Palmier and balconies to the upper levels and terraces below.
The house has master bedroom suite with bathroom, 1 double bedroom with ensuite facilities, 1 twin bedroom, shower room, w.c. large hall/reception, living/dining room, new kitchen and large balconies. To the lower level is the 4th bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
In total there is comfortable sleeping capacity for 8. There is a utility area in the lower floor.
The large south facing balconies extend to over 100 m2 with banquette seats to both upper levels are a major feature and provide extensive space for dining, relaxing and from which to enjoy the views of the coast and islands.
The house is exceptionally well equipped, with all new kitchen appliances, including fan oven and built in microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fitted freezer and fridge and lava rock work tops.
Living area has flat screen tv with dvd and Sky+, cd player with selection of cd's plus ipod dock.
We provide Egyptian cotton bed linen, bath and hand towels together with pool towels, but ask that guests bring their own towels for the beach.
The terraced rear gardens also have a shaded boule area.
Outside are a pool, vaste decked terrace with bar and built in banquette seating. There is a shaded boule court to the lower level of the garden.
The house provides particularly stylish holiday accommodation in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Area Details Aiguebelle is situated about 5 miles from le Lavandou, some 30 minutes from St Tropez and equidistant between Nice and Marseilles. The beautiful Maures hills are a few minutes drive, with the classic Provencal villages of Bormes les Mimosas, la Mole and la Garde Freinet. The local hotel, Les Roches, was a frequent haunt of both Bogart and Churchill.
The Corniche de Maures which runs through Aiguebelle is a 26km coastal road that stretches from le Lavandou to La Croix Valmer. The sea views along the corniche are breathtaking and on the landside, the Massif des Maures rise, covered with pine, chestnut, cork oak, mimosa and eucalyptus.
There are numerous beautiful safe local beaches, many with bars and restaurants, together with all water sports, and good walks along the coast paths.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area but with ready access to the buzzing towns of St Tropez, Cannes, Nice and Monaco.
Also visit the Gorge de Verdon, Europe's grand canyon, and take a boat trip to the Iles d'Or where there is a French national park. Travel Details Nearest airport is Toulon/Hyeres with service from London Stanstead and about 30 minutes drive.
Nice and Marseilles International airports are both about 90 minutes drive.
High speed rail connection to Toulon and Nice from Paris and London.
Local bus service serving coast road from Toulon to Nice.
