A light, immaculate quietly located raised ground floor apartment overlooking the garden, pool and Marina with wonderful sea views from its large Terrace. No traffic passes this south-facing flat.
We always present it in spotless condition, the way we would like it if we were arriving after travelling all day. It is serviced (by us) weekly including towel & linen change.
The apartment comprises a bedroom with king-size bed (can be separated), shower room en suite, fully fitted kitchen incl d/washer & w/machine, living/dining room with access from here and the bedroom to the terrace (14ft x 10ft)overlooking the Med.
All items here were chosen individually to compliment the accommodation. There is no cheap pine furniture; the mattresses are firm; the pillows are duck-down; the linen a cotton mix.
Many clients have re-booked and think of it as their second home.
The Port and beach are less than a 5 minute walk. Underground parking is available (optional) or if you wish, we can collect you and return you to Malaga or Gibraltar airport. We can also organise mobile phone hire; child minding and even a complete supermarket stock-up for you.(Recommended if you do not want to spend half of your first day shopping/unpacking etc.)
There is a TV/VCR and radio/cassette/CD machine with selection of videotapes, CD's & books
This apartment is also perfect for an out of season getaway break. The old town of Estepona is only a 15 minute stroll along the seafront promenade and there is a wonderful choice of inexpensive shops, restaurants & tapas bars to suit most pockets. Estepona has two market days (Sunday-Port; Wednesday-Avenida Juan Carlos). Area Details Estepona is a bustling working fishing port. Daily catches are sold on the jetties and usually end up in the local restaurants.
There is a plethora of smashing places to eat & drink that are generally cheaper than the UK. The lovely town centre is very spanish with winding streets-some cobbled and plazas to sit at and enjoy a drink or meal.
By car, Marbella & Gibraltar are around half an hour away.
Ronda (1+hours)is a great place to visit. Seville, Granada & Cordoba are all a must, if you have the inclination!!
Morocco is only a 35 minute boat ride if you are feeling adventurous. You can even go deep-sea fishing and dolphin watching (from the Port) & Selwo safari park is just outside the town. Travel Details You can journey from Estepona bus station direct to Puerto Banus & Marbella (Currently 2.35€). You can also take the bus to Casares & La Linea (for Gibraltar). For many other destinations you may have to change at San Pedro. Taxis are plentiful and not too costly. You can telephone for one and they will collect you from the apartment. A company called Andalucia Tours have tours on specified days to Cordoba; Gibraltar; Seville; Granada; Tangiers etc. Contact us for further information.
