CASITA BUCERIAS is a newly renovated, newly decorated, 2 bedroom 2 bath private home with private, secluded pool, in the heart of Bucerias and less than a block from one of the best beaches in Mexico. This lovely home is completely furnished with hand-crafted furniture by local craftsmen. The use of classic Mexican tile throughout the house gives it an old world charm. It is truly beautiful and practical. In the kitchen you will find a gas stove & oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, blender, basic service for 5, refrigerator, and bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have provided our guests with plenty of colorful pool-friendly glasses and dishes so they may enjoy poolside dining and refreshments.
Each bedroom has a comfortable Queen-size bed, ceiling fan and Air Conditioning. Throughout the Casita and pool area are large potted plants enhancing the look and feel of a tropical setting.
The patio and pool areas are breathtaking. Dramatic night-lights throughout the pool and rooftop give you the feel of a tropical isle. From the rooftop terrace you can see the waters of the Bay and the Sierra Madre Mountains in the distance - the perfect place to "catch some rays", enjoy a siesta, drinks or dinner.
Sunset from the terrace is spectacular with ever changing colors as the sun sinks into the ocean. Come join us in Mexico for that special week or two. We would love to be your hosts at Casita Bucerias.

Area Details
Casita Bucerias is in the heart of the town of Bucerias just 12 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta airport on the north shore of Banderas Bay at the beginning of what is called the Mexican Riviera.
The Casita is less than a block from the beaches of Bucerias. These palm lined beaches are said to be the best in all of Pacific Mexico.
If you are looking for a laid back, private atmosphere, away from the rush rush of city life, Casita Bucerias will not disappoint you.
Travel Details
Bucerias has a very good transportation system with buses running frequently two blocks from the property. You can take public transportation directly into Puerto Vallarta or to Punta Mita, San Pancho, and Sayulita beaches. A 24-7 taxi stand is located within 1 block of the property. |

Price Includes:-Maid service twice weekly, full compliment of kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, air conditioning, pool, water lounges, poolside lounges, bottled water, outside toilette and shower at the pool, shaded terrace, lighted gardens and rooftop, 1 short block to the beach, within walking distance to stores and shopping, cook available, Palapa roof over back side of the house, very secluded patio and pool area, off street secure parking. |
Price Excludes:-Car rentals, personal laundry service, food, beverages, any type of tours or travel or restaurant reservations. |
Other Information:-There is a $200 Refundable Security Deposit. Credit Cards may be used, however there is a 4% surcharge from PAYPAL. Direct bank transfer from PAYPAL is free. Please let us know at time of rental inquiry if you plan on using a credit card.
MINIMUM RENTAL: There is a one-week minimum rental period for Casita Bucerias from January 1 thru April 20. Otherwise there is a 4-day minimum rental.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All payments are non-refundable unless the property can be rented for the exact dates cancelled.
Reservation revisions, no shows, and early departures will be considered cancellations and are subject to these terms.
We accept PAYPAL direct bank transfer. If you wish to use a credit card, there is a 4% surcharge. In addtion, there is a $200 refundable security deposit. Please note, reservations are NOT guaranteed until payment is received. An in-depth Everything You Want to Know about Bucerias is emailed upon receipt of payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Rates do not include any type of tour packages, reservations or inquiries for activities. We provide the contact information for a local tour agent, however all reservations are conducted directly with the tour agent.agent.
