A delightful 2 bedroom, modern, air-conditioned, bright, spacious and fully furnished ground floor flat with own swimming pool, tropical garden, maintenance/security staff. All mod cons including TV/DVD/CD player and digital safe. Daily cleaning (except weekends) included. Tennis courts, beautician/hairdresser less than 1 minute walk. Right opposite chemist and doctor. Easy 2 minute walk - no roads to cross - to lovely fine white sand beaches with safe turquoise waters. The local beaches offer a great selection of water sports and activities (water-skiing, glass-bottom boats, snorkelling, diving, deep-sea fishing, catamaran excursions to desert islands).
All amenities within 1-5 minutes walk from apartment: excellent reasonably priced restaurants, bars, mini-supermarket, excursion/diving and car/bike hire centres, taxi stand, bus stops, bank and internet cafes.
The concierge's wife is also available laundry service, cooking and babysitting. Rates can be provided on request. Area Details Situated in the well serviced village of Péreybčre on the sheltered part of the island's North coast, which can be walked along for many miles. Péreybčre has a great variety of good restaurants, amenities, shops and water activities, all of which can be reached within 1-5 minute walk from the apartment. Beautiful, safe beaches, considered by Mauritians to be amongst the best on the island. Luxury hotels nearby with access to their evening entertainment. 5 minute drive or bus ride to the resort town of Grand-Baie with its charming shopping arcades, restaurants on the water's edge and bars. 'Le Jardin de Pamplemousses', the unique tropical botanical gardens (on a par with Kew Gardens) with giant indigenous tortoises, is only about 20 minutes drive away. The island's capital, Port-Louis, and its exotic markets and modern shopping complex, is about 40 minutes drive away. Travel Details The bus stop and taxi rank is less than a minute walk from the flat. We can also recommend Nanda, our English/French speaking reliable taxi driver and qualified tourist guide who can take you out on excursions in his air-conditioned car or for airport transfers.On request, we are happy to organise your pick up from the airport. He charges 1500 Rupees/transfer (about Ł34). For larger parties, he has a mini-van .

Price Includes:-All utilities, fully equipped modern kitchen, modern remote-controlled air-conditioning in both bedrooms, ample towels and sheets, a private garage if you hire a car and of course use of the pool. The apartment is in a small residential complex mostly owned by Mauritians as 2nd holiday homes, so it is quiet and you should have almost exclusive and private use of the pool most of the time.
